Refund policy

ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY!

FARM ROOTS DESIGNS ACCEPTS RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise, that qualifies for store credit (Farm Roots Design E-Gift Card) within 14 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED. 

 

EXCHANGES:

FARM ROOTS DESIGNS ACCEPTS RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise, that qualifies for an exchange within 7 days of your purchase. If the item is no longer in stock you will be given store credit.

  

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If there are any issues, such as damage to items purchased you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s) and your receipt to farmrootsdesigns.info@gmail.com WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. STORE CREDIT will be issued for damaged goods. There are no exceptions to this policy. Items that have been worn and claimed damaged will not be accepted. All tags must be intact.
